A gem in Bootsy’s solo discog for any Funkadelic or funk fan. The classic, infectious bass and lengthy grooves with Bootsy as front man makes the entire album a must listen.

Planet X - Once Upon A Dancefloor LP
Didn’t know what to expect from this one since I casually grabbed it for it’s cover. It wasn’t until after getting the records home that I noticed two of the remixes were from Tony Humphries! Every mix of this single doesn’t disappoint.

Digital Underground - The Return Of The Crazy One LP
Digital Underground’s “Humpty Hump” is such a generational hit that some of the rest of their discog goes under the radar. “The Return Of The Crazy One” is now one of my favorite tracks, ‘nough said.

Del the Funky Homosapien - Dr. Bombay LP
Love the three singles on this record. The SD50 remix of “Hoodz Come in Dozens” completely overhauls the sound of it’s original track, while the subversive “Eye Examination” didn’t make the I Wish My Brother George Was Here album.
